Michael Marrazzo

Michael Marrazzo is the Founder and CEO of Summit Facility Solutions, a national leader in integrated facilities management. With a relentless focus on innovation, customer service, and operational excellence, Michael has grown Summit from a regional janitorial provider into a comprehensive, multi-division powerhouse offering services that include commercial cleaning, landscaping, pest control, maintenance and repairs, vendor compliance, and security solutions across the U.S. and Canada.
Under his leadership, Summit has been recognized as a multi-time INC. 5000 honoree and a finalist for EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year and NJBIZ Business of the Year. Michael’s forward-thinking approach is grounded in a core belief: facilities management should be a strategic advantage, not a back-office burden. His signature motto, “a partnered approach to commercial cleaning and facilities management,” reflects a culture of collaboration that empowers clients, employees, and vendor partners alike.
Michael is also an active member of YPO and a passionate philanthropist, founding Gifts from Gotham, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring charitable action through creative, community-driven events. A proud alumnus of St. John’s University’s Tobin College of Business, he credits his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to purpose-driven leadership as the driving forces behind Summit’s continued growth and impact.
